Student-Athletes (SA) must apply for graduation during the term in which they intend to graduate. ALL degree requirements must be completed or In Progress in order for an SA to clear for graduation at the conclusion of the semester in which he/she applies.  If an SA is completing a class at an institution other than Texas A&M a copy of their OFFICIAL transcript showing the In Progress course(s) must be on file in the Office of the Registrar/Degree Audit in order for the SA to clear their initial graduation audit. A FINAL OFFICIAL transcript with passing grade must be received by the Office of the Registrar/Degree Audit at the conclusion of the course in order for the SA to clear graduation and receive his/her diploma.
