TARRAGONA, Spain – Former Texas A&M men's golf standouts Adri Arnaus and Daniel Rodrigues earned DP World Tour playing privileges with their performances in the Qualifying School Final Stage at Infinitum Golf.
It marks Rodrigues' first time earning a DP World Tour card. Arnaus returns to the DP World Tour after a one-year hiatus. He possessed a card from 2019-24.
Rodrigues finished the grueling six-round affair at 22-under 406. He was one of just two golfers at the event to shoot in the 60s all six rounds. Rodrigues tied for fifth place, four strokes clear of the cut.
Arnaus stumbled out of the gate with a 72 the first day, but a pair of 65s in the last five rounds helped him finish 19-under 409. He finished one stroke above the cut in a tie for 12th place.
The DP World Tour, formerly confined to the leading men's professional tour in Europe, has gone global with events in Africa, Asia, Australia and North America in addition to its home continent. The top 20 players and ties earned Category 18 playing privileges on the DP World Tour for the 2026 campaign.
Rodrigues, a 2024 graduate, earned his first professional victory in January with a win at the NAU Morgado Open on the Portugal Tour.
During his career at Texas A&M, Rodrigues earned one tournament victory at the 2022 Blessings Intercollegiate. He enjoyed a stellar career, earning PING All-America Honorable Mention in 2023 and '24.
Arnaus, a 2016 graduate, twice earned PING All-Region recognition and was Texas A&M's low scorer in 2015.
