The Student-Athlete Engagement team works with student-athletes from all teams in preparation for their future careers and life after graduation. Topics can range from career/major exploration, resume and cover letter development, job and internship searching, interview preparation, networking and connecting with employers, and graduate and professional school applications.Brand U Professional Development Program
Aggie student-athletes have the opportunity to earn a custom business suit through our Brand U Professional Development Program. The 5-step process to complete the program includes a one-on-one career coaching meeting with a member of the Student-Athlete Engagement team, submitting a resume, creating a LinkedIn and Aggie Athlete Network profile, participating in a mock interview, and completing on-line career development modules through our Game Plan platform.Student-Athlete Recruitment Mixers
Student-Athlete Recruitment Mixers allow student-athletes to interact with employers and campus resources in an informal environment that promotes skill development and networking, as well as provides an opportunity for job-seeking student-athletes to engage with recruiters hiring for entry level positions.Career Tour
The Student-Athlete Engagement Career Tour offers an invaluable experience for current student-athletes preparing to transition from college athletics to the professional world. This unique opportunity helps student-athletes expand their perspectives, connect with former Aggies and fellow athletes, and gain insights as they navigate the transition from sports to their chosen careers.
