Aggie Dance Team: Meet the Coach

AMY LIEFER
Amy Liefer is originally from Kingwood, Texas. She started her dancing at the young age of three with Rolland Ballard, and was a part of the Kingwood Stutters’ competitive dance team. She attended and graduated from Kingwood High School and was a member of the national champion Kingwood Fillies Dance Team.
Amy is a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics. While at Auburn, she was a three-year member of the Tiger Paws dance team. She also served as an assistant coach and choreographer for the Columbus Lions Arena football dance team.
Amy lived in Atlanta and was a five-year member of the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders. As an Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader she had the privilege of dancing and cheering on one of the largest sports stages at Super Bowl 51. She also had the opportunity to travel to London with the NFL and perform at an NFL UK game.
In addition to Amy’s sports entertainment performance background she also has an extensive instructor and choreography background ranging from studio instructor, elite team choreography plus American Dance/Drill Team School clinic and summer instructor and master class choreography.
