Andrew Bather enters his fourth season at Texas A&M as an offensive analyst after coming to Aggieland in June of 2022.

Throughout his time at Texas &M, Bather has continued to work his way up the coaching ladder. After starting his tenure in Aggieland as the player personnel assistant in 2023, he was promoted to coordinator of player development ahead of the 2024 season. Bather was again promoted in 2026 to an offensive analyst on Coach Elko’s staff.

Before joining the Texas A&M staff, Bather spent the 2021 and 2022 seasons at his alma mater, Tennessee State University, assisting with the wide receivers.

A native of LaVergne, Tenn., Bather spent four seasons (2017-20) at Brevard College as the assistant wide receiver coach.

Before entering the coaching ranks, Bather spent five seasons on the gridiron at Tennessee State (2011-15). While playing for the Tigers, Bather appeared in 39 career games. He finished with 25 receptions, 193 receiving yards and a touchdown. He earned Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll accolades in 2015 and graduated with a degree in human performance and sports science in 2016.
