2022-23 (5th Year):
- Assisted the 200 medley relay team at NCAAs, clocking a new program-best time of 1:23.03 and earning Honorable Mention All-America distinction for the top-14 finish. Bratanov lowered his personal-best split time to 18.83 in the 50 free.
- Earned All-America honors with top-16 finishes in three relays (200 medley, 800 free, 400 medley).
- Notched NCAA A-cut times to compete in the 200 free and 200 IM.
- Qualified and swam in all five relays at NCAA Championships, recording a season best 19.53 in his 50 free relay leadoff.
- Was named to the All-SEC Second Team for his performance at the SEC Championships.

- Earned his first individual medal at SEC Championships, bringing home bronze with a career-best time of 1:42.98, also adding a fifth-place finish in the 100 free (42.39) after earning a spot in the A final with a personal best 42.37 in prelims.
- Lowered his career-best times in the 50 free (19.18) and the 200 free (1:32.63) as the leadoff swimmer on the 200 free and 800 free relays, respectively.
- Recorded NCAA B-cuts and top-three finishes in the 200 IM (1:43.46) and 200 free (1:34.64), while also contributing on relays at the Art Adamson Invitational.
- Garnered All-SEC Second Team honors for his performance at SEC Championships.
- Earned the Aggie Heart Award at the annual team banquet.
2020-21 (Junior):
- Helped the 800 free relay team to a third-place finish at NCAA Championships with a time of 6:10.79 (1:33.31) and returned to the podium when the 200 free relay took fifth with a time of 1:15.79 (18.94), as both teams set new school records. Added points for the Aggies with top-16 times of 3:05.15 (42.01) in the 400 medley relay and 2:51.45 (42.48) in the 400 free relay.
- Competed in the 200 IM, 200 free and 100 free as an individual at NCAA Championships.
- Claimed the SEC title in the 800 free relay with a time of 6:11.63 (1:33.30), contributing on three more top-five relay finishes at SEC Championships.
- Qualified for the A final in all three of his individual events at SECs, earning a sixth-place finish in the 200 free (1:34.24) and 100 free (42.98), as well as a seventh-place finish in the 200 IM (1:44.29).
- Posted B-cut times and top-three finishes in the 200 IM (1:44.17), 50 free (19.71), 200 free (1:33.70), 100 free (42.62) also helping the 200 free relay go an A-cut time of 1:16.48.
2019-20 (Sophomore):
- Was set to compete in the 400 and 800 free relays at NCAA Championships before the event was cancelled.
- Helped two Aggie relays earn silver medals and NCAA automatic qualifying times as the 800 free relay team posted a time of 6:11.87 (1:34.48) and the 400 free relay team lowered the school record, going 2:49.27 (42.56).
- Individually at SECs, finished atop the consolation final in the 200 IM (1:44.40) and 200 free (1:34.16), while also adding points with an 11th-place finish in the 100 free (43.12).
- Notched NCAA B-cut times and top-three finishes in the 50 free (19.78) and 200 IM (1:45.19), while also helping the 800 and 400 free relays punch their tickets to NCAA Championships.
2018-19 (Freshman):
- Participated in the 2019 FINA World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea, representing Bulgaria in July.
- Competed at the 14th FINA World Swimming Championships in December.
- Finished fourth in the consolation heat of 200 IM at 2019 SEC Championships.
- Had a time of 19.92 in the 50 free at the 2019 American Short Course Championships.
- Saw action at the Art Adamson Invitational and the Speedo Champions Series as a freshman.

- Became the first male swimmer in Katy High School history to medal at the UIL 6A State Meet after finishing third in the 100 free as a senior in 2018.
