- Lowered her personal-best with a time of 4:15.76 in the 400 IM at SEC Championships.Â
- Posted season-best times in the 500 free (4:52.80), 1650 free (16:44.81), 200 breast (2:16.14) and 400 IM (4:18.21) at the Art Adamson Invite.Â
2023-24 (Sophomore):Â
- Clocked new career-best times in the 200 breast (2:15.38) and 200 IM (2:01.82) at the Last Chance meet.Â
- Lowered her personal-best in the 400 IM with a time of 4:17.92, while also posting season-best times in the 500 free (4:51.83), 1650 free (16:59.60) and 200 breast (2:17.44) at the Art Adamson Invite.Â
- Went a season-best 1:02.97 in the 100 breast at the double-dual with Texas and Georgia Tech.Â
2022-23 (Freshman):Â
- Set personal bests in the 500 free (4:50.23) and 200 IM (2:03.22) at the Art Adamson Invite.Â
Before A&M:
- Won the Most Valuable Player for the Cherokee High School swimming team in both 2019 and 2021.
- Has school records in the 200 free (1:51.52), 500 free (4:56.45), 100 breast (1:02.81), and the 200 IM (2:06.46)
- Her father, Andrew Palmer, swam competitively at the University of Delaware.
- Her older brother, also Andrew Palmer, currently swims at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
