  • Earned first individual win of the season in the 100-yard backstroke against Rice and TCU (55.98)
  • Won the 100-yard freestyle against SMU (51.49)
  • Notched a victory in the 100-yard backstroke against LSU (54.75)
  • Logged victories in the 200-yard backstroke (1:59.82) and the 200-yard IM (2:02.79) in dual meet featuring Vanderbilt and Houston
  • Placed sixth with a lifetime-best time of 1:55.74 in the 200-yard IM at the SEC Championships
  • Named to the winter SEC Academic Honor Roll
  • CSCAA Scholar All-America - First Team
2017-18 (Junior):
  • Represented Texas A&M and Peru in the 2018 FINA World Championships in China
  • CSCAA Scholar All-America
  • Pair of 6th place finishes at SEC Championships, in the 200 free (1:46.36) and 200 IM (1:55.58)
  • Scored points for the Aggies at SECs with a 6th-place finish in the “C” Final (22nd overall) of the 100 freestyle (49.27)
  • Member of 5th-place 200 freestyle relay team at SEC Championships (1:28.91)

2016-17:
  • Represented Peru at the FINA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary
  • Placed 28th in the 200 IM at Worlds, while lowering her own Peruvian record in the race to 2:16.52
  • Redshirted while sitting out season per NCAA transfer rules
  • Swimming unattached, DeBever posted times of 50.03c in the 100 free, 55.20c in the 100 fly and 2:00.59c in the 200 IM at the Austin Grand Prix
 
2014-16 (Auburn):
  • De was a finalist in the 100 free and swam a leg on the Tigers’ 400 free relay at the 2015 SEC Championships and was a relay alternate at the 2015 NCAA Championships
  • competed at the 2013 Junior World Championships and the 2015 Pan American Games and had a U.S. Olympic Team Trials cut in the 200 IM
  • An excellent student, De was a two-time member of the SEC Honor Roll while at Auburn.
 
High School/Club:
  • 2014 graduate of Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, Fla. She also attended Regis Jesuit High School in Denver, Colo.
  • De was coached by current Texas A&M men’s assistant coach Jason at the (Fla.) School Sharks
  • Four-year member of the Presidential Honor Roll

  • Earned the Marine Corps Distinguished Athletic Award.

  • Her father graduated from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M in 2001 and also competed in crew during his undergrad years at Loyola-Marymount University in California. He was a member of the USA crew national team and competed at three world championships
  • Her mother played softball and was a member of the crew team at LMU.
  • Her sister, Taylor, swam at Bryant University and another sister, Alexis, swims at LMU.
