The Aggies (6-0) won their school-record 20th home show in a row, and in the process handed the Cowgirls (2-1) their first loss of the season.
A&M was impressive from start to finish against OSU. In the first half of the show, the fences team split six rides against the Cowgirls but placed five of the six competitors over 80 points and picked up the win in raw score. Senior Maggie Earle and juniors Kelsi Shevlin and Emily Williams were victorious, with Williams earning MVP honors thanks to an 88-74 win over Ellie Sparks.
The horsemanship squad rewrote their season high list en route to a 3-2 victory, as four Aggies scored at least 77 points. Junior Carey Nowacek posted a career-high 79 points en route to a win over Mamie Tomlin, and she was joined in the winner's circle by senior Kelsey Adams (77-74.5) and junior Amanda Brightwell (77.5-74).
Following the break, A&M scored 8 of 12 possible points to cruise to victory.
The flat team posted its four highest scores of the year, led by an 88-point ride by senior Maggie Earle in a win over Allie Rose. Senior Elizabeth Solch picked up an 88-86 win, with seniors Hannah Soibelman (87-79) and Lia Chafee (73-69) also scoring team points.
The reiners sealed the team win with four victories, headlined by senior Abigail Grabein's 75-72 defeat of Taylor New. Also earning wins were senior Courtney Dawe (75.5-72) and juniors Becca Murray (73.5-73) and Courtney Kile (69.5-0).
On the afternoon, the A&M western team moved to 6-0 on the season while the hunter seat riders were victorious for the fourth time in six tries.
Texas A&M returns to action on Friday when the Aggies head to Manhattan to face Kansas State.
