Women’s Basketball to Collect Bike and Helmet Donations at Dec. 3 Game
Nov 21, 2025 | Women's Basketball
BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M women's basketball team encourages fans to bring bikes, helmets and Academy, Visa or Mastercard gift cards to its Dec. 3 game at Reed Arena versus Georgia Tech for children of the Brazos Valley.
Attendees bringing items to donate can drop them off outside of the Schulte Roofing Fan Zone at the north entry in designated drop off areas. Tip time for the contest against the Yellowjackets is 6:15 p.m. with doors opening at 5:15 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at 12thmanfoundation.net.
Head coach Joni Taylor and the Aggies are set to host their fourth annual Bike Build Saturday, Dec. 13 at Reed Arena. At last year's Bike Build, the team built and donated over 160 bikes and helmets. In conjunction with the build, the Aggies are offering the opportunity to donate at the Dec. 3 contest.
The Maroon & White is 3-0 on the season and is set to play three more games at the North Shore Showcase in Hawaii Nov. 22-25. Texas A&M's game against Georgia Tech will be part of the ACC-SEC Challenge, where the Aggies are 2-0 all-time in the challenge.
