MEDIA POLICIES
INTERVIEW POLICY
- All interview requests must be made through Kyle Stafford (kstafford@athletics.tamu.edu) with at least a 24-hour notice. On game days, interviews will be conducted approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the game and will be coordinated by the Athletics Communications department.
CREDENTIALS
- Media and photo credentials for home games should be requested at least two days prior to game day by contacting Kyle Stafford at kstafford@athletics.tamu.edu. Media seating is limited, so credentials will be issued according to Texas A&M and the SEC credential guidelines, which can be found at 12thMan.com/media. Admittance to media areas is limited to working media only. No children or other non-media members will be admitted to the working media areas.
PHOTO WELLS
- Photo wells are located down the first and third base lines at Blue Bell Park. Space is extremely limited in these areas and are first come, first serve. Photographers must not cross the yellow line in the wells during game action and are not allowed on the playing surface. Pre and postgame, photographers are allowed to step on to the warning track but are not allowed to stand in front of the Texas A&M dugout.
MEDIA PARKING
- Media parking is extremely limited and will be made available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking will be available by ARRANGING IN ADVANCE ONLY in Lot 100g, which is located on the southeast corner of Reed Arena (arena lot closest to Blue Bell Park). It is wise to arrive as early as possible to ensure obtaining a parking space. You must contact the Athletics Communications office in advance to obtain parking passes and avoid being charged to park.
GAMEDAY MEDIA SERVICES
- Updated game notes and statistics will be avail-able prior to each game. Internet access is available in the Blue Bell Park press box.

- Media can obtain more information on Texas A&M Baseball on 12thMan.com, the official website of Texas A&M athletics. Rosters, schedules, bios, game notes, statistics, box scores, postgame audio files and much more are available online.
RADIO
- Outlets wishing to broadcast games at Blue Bell Park should contact the Athletics Communications office no later than one week prior to gameday.
PHOTO/VIDEO
- Contact Kyle Stafford (kstafford@athletics.tamu.edu) to request high-resolution digital images or video of Texas A&M’s coaches and players.
SOUTHEASTERN CONFERENCE
