POSTGAME QUOTES
"I felt great tonight. I played hard and it was just my night. I did what I had to do for the team. Tonight was a way for us to get better. This game felt easier for me than last year. I'm in way better shape this year."
Brian Davis
"It felt good out there. It was key for us to work inside out. That opens it up for the guards outside."
Mark Turgeon
"I was pleased with our defense tonight. We guarded well almost the entire game. At times we shared the ball well. We had four guys in double figures, almost five. Our execution has to get better, which it will. Our game plan was to play inside out. I wish we shot our free throws better, but Brian and David played well. I think Khris was a little nervous, but I'm not worried about him. He's going to make a lot of shots."
