Women’s Basketball Travels to No. 5 LSU Sunday

BATON ROUGE – The Texas A&M women's basketball team is set to play at No. 5 LSU Sunday at 3 p.m. inside of the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
The Aggies (10-8, 3-3 SEC) are fresh off erasing a double-digit deficit against No. 11 Kentucky Thursday where they pulled off a 61-55 upset. This will mark the eighth ranked opponent of the season for Texas A&M, resulting in the No. 6 NET Strength of schedule, according to warrennolan.com.
Aicha Coulibaly scored 21 points against the Wildcats to lead all players. Coulibaly is scoring over 60% of her points in the second half of games and has scored in double figures in the final two quarters in six different games.
The Aggies have two ranked victories this season and have won the second half in five of the first six SEC games. They are winning the final two frames by an average of 40.0-30.2.
