GREENWOOD, Ind. – Texas A&M's Kyndal Stowers earned a spot on the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Women's Volleyball Division I Academic All-District Team, the organization announced Tuesday.
Stowers claimed the first CSC honor of her career, excelling both on the court and in the classroom. She boasts a 3.976 GPA in business administration, picking up both AD and Deans honor roll selections in the spring and a pair of Dean's List accolades from her time at Baylor.
On the court, the sophomore has been integral in reaching the program's first Final Four appearance. She has recorded 359 kills on the season, while adding 236 digs, 61 blocks and 14 aces. Her 410.5 point total ranks second on the team this year.
The Denton, Texas, native stepped up her performance even further during the Aggies' most important game of the season. She led the team with 25 kills versus No. 1 Nebraska in the Elite Eight, helping the team secure its second ever win over the top-ranked team and the first in 30 years.
Stowers' impressive play garnered her a trio of accolades throughout the year, as she was named to the All-SEC First Team after helping lead Texas A&M to its best conference finish in 10 years. She also received a nod from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) by being added to the All-Southwest Region Team. Stowers most recently garnered a Lincoln Regional All-Tournament Team selection for her showing in the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight.
