BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M volleyball team added senior setter Lily Nicholson to the 2026 roster, head coach Jamie Morrison announced Friday.
Nicholson joins the Aggies from Florida State, where she helped lead the Seminoles to 16 victories on the year, with 10 coming in league play. She brings a wealth of experience, playing in 83 matches throughout her first three years, as well as being a named starter in 66 of those fixtures.
"We are excited to welcome Lily to Aggieland," head coach Jamie Morrison said. "She brings high-level experience, competitive edge, and a real feel for the game as a setter. Even more important, Lily is an amazing human who fits exactly who we are and how we want to build this program."
The McKinney, Texas, native was the premier setter in Florida State's 6-2 system, tallying a team-leading 594 assists. She started her career at TCU where she racked up another 1,728 dimes across two seasons, totaling to 2,322 career assists.
Nicholson's ability to impact the game spans more than just her distribution, as she has amassed 131.5 career points through 74 kills, 45 blocks and 34 aces.
