No. 8 Aggies Open ITA National Indoors Versus No. 7 Texas

WACO – The No. 8 Texas A&M men's tennis team faces the No. 7 Texas Longhorns in the opening round of the ITA National Indoor Team Championship, with first serve set for 12 p.m. on Friday at the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center on Baylor's campus.
The Aggies (6-1) earned its spot at Indoors after beating Tennessee, 4-1 and Duke, 4-2, at the ITA Kickoff Weekend in Raleigh, North Carolina. It marks Texas A&M's third straight appearance at the national championships.
Texas A&M dropped its first match of the season against Baylor, 4-1, in Waco earlier this week after opening the spring with six straight wins. Texas (5-3) is coming off a 7-0 win versus A&M-Corpus Christi last Saturday. The Aggies and the Longhorns met in the first round of last year's Indoors competition as well, with Texas taking the win, 4-1.
The winner of the match will face either LSU or TCU on Saturday at 12 p.m. The two teams that lose will then face each other in a consolation match.
