Feb 08, 2026 | Men's Tennis
WACO – The No. 8 Texas A&M men's tennis team gears up for a top 20 showdown on the road against No. 19 Baylor at the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center Monday, with first serve set for 6 p.m.
The Aggies (6-0) stay on the road after picking up their first away victory over Florida State, 4-1. A dominant singles display allowed the team to overcome a deficit after dropping the doubles point. Senior Togan Tokac and junior Tiago Pires both picked up ranked wins.
Baylor (4-2) is coming off a 4-1 loss to No. 5 TCU this past Thursday. The Bears' four wins all come from their home court. The two teams last met in last year's second round of the NCAA Tournament, with the Maroon & White harrowing out the win, 4-3. Sophomore Theo Papamalamis was the decision maker, clinching the match with a victory over No. 33 Devin Badenhorst.
