Moffitt Honored as ITL Power 4 Strength Coach of the Year

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M director of football strength and conditioning Tommy Moffitt has been named the Inside the League (ITL) Power 4 strength coach of the year.
The award, now in its third year, recognizes the strength coach who is the most professional and helpful to NFL scouts and personnel across the country.
Moffitt joined Texas A&M in 2024, bringing more than 30 years of experience, including three national titles and multiple strength and coach of the year honors. Over the past two seasons, he has helped guide the Aggies to a 19-7 overall record, highlighted by an 11-2 mark last season and the program's first appearance in the College Football Playoff. Texas A&M climbed as high as No. 3 in the CFP rankings, its highest placement in the poll, and finished the 2025 season ranked No. 8 nationally in the final Associated Press poll.
