GILBERT, Ariz. – Texas A&M's Theo Papamalamis and Togan Tokac earned men's tennis All-America honors for their standout play during the 2025–26 season, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced.
Papamalamis became the sixth player in school history to receive both singles and doubles All-America recognition in the same season and the first since fellow Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech accomplished the feat in 2016 and 2017. Tokac earned doubles All-America honors for the second straight year alongside Papamalamis.
Papamalamis earned All-America honors after finishing No. 16 in singles and No. 2 in doubles with Tokac. Their No. 2 final ITA doubles ranking matches the highest in school history, tying the mark set by 2011 NCAA champions Austin Krajicek and Jeff Dadamo.
The sophomore from Lessy, France, compiled a 15–9 singles record in the spring, all at the No. 1 court, after not competing during the fall season. He recorded a team-high eight victories over ITA-ranked opponents (8–8), with his highest-ranked win coming against No. 9 Aiden Kim of Ohio State, 7–5, 6–2.
Papamalamis and Tokac, a senior from Istanbul, Turkey, posted an 11–7 doubles record at the No. 1 court for the Aggies. The pair went 9–4 against ITA-ranked opponents, including six wins over top-15 foes. Their highest-ranked victory was a 6–2 win over No. 4 Luis Alvarez and Bruno Nhavene of Oklahoma in the SEC Championship quarterfinals.
