2023 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Did not see any action ... took a redshirt.
AT PROSPER HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letter winner under coach Scott Holder… was awarded district Co-MVP and first team all-state with a 9-2 record 93 strikeouts and .909 ERA in 77 innings pitched senior year… earned first team all-district and all-state honorable mention in his junior year with a 7-3 record, 75 strikeouts and a .721 ERA in 68 innings… held a 1-0 record with a 1.07 ERA and 17 strikeouts in 13 innings sophomore season… compiled a 6-1 record with a 1.10 ERA, 42 strikeouts in 38 innings pitched freshman year.
PERSONAL: Lucas Allen Davenport was born March 31st, 2004 in Plano, Texas to Lauren and Mays Davenport… has two brothers, Pearson and Logan and a sister, Aubrey… majoring in finance with hopes in pursuing commercial real estate… enjoys working out, hanging out with friends and playing video games.
