Gianna Mancha

Gianna Mancha joined Trisha Ford's staff in August 2023 as a graduate assistant before being elevated to pitching coordinator prior to the 2026 season. In her role, Mancha oversees pitching analytics, video breakdown and opponent scouting while assisting with the development and performance of the Aggies' pitching staff.
Since her arrival in College Station, Mancha has helped develop one All-American, four NFCA All-Region selections and three All-SEC honorees. In her first season as pitching coordinator in 2026, she worked closely with a pitching staff that produced NFCA All-Region and All-SEC selection Sidne Peters, while also helping guide Sydney Lessentine to NFCA All-Region honors in her sophomore campaign.
Prior to joining the Aggies, Mancha enjoyed a standout collegiate career at Boise State and UCF. She spent two seasons with the Broncos before concluding her career with three seasons at UCF. Across five collegiate seasons, Mancha made 139 appearances, including 102 starts, posting a 68-24 record with a 2.59 ERA and 10 saves over 625.1 innings pitched. She recorded 549 strikeouts and limited opponents to a .205 batting average.
As a senior in 2022, Mancha turned in the best season of her collegiate career, compiling a 1.82 ERA with 23 wins, 185.0 innings pitched and 187 strikeouts. Her performance earned NFCA All-Region and all-conference honors.
Following her collegiate career, Mancha spent one season competing in Women's Professional Fastpitch and represented Puerto Rico in international competition.
