Texas A&M Takes on Missouri Wednesday
Feb 10, 2026 | Men's Basketball
BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M men's basketball team aims to bounce back Wednesday night when Missouri comes to Reed Arena for an 8 p.m. tip on SEC Network.
The Aggies remain among the top-three teams in the SEC after stumbling against then-No. 17 Florida Saturday, 86-67. Both teams saw limited production in the first half, but the Gators were able to pull away and continued to distance themselves in the second half. The Maroon & White saw a big lift from Marcus Hill and Pop Isaacs in the second half as the pair led the way in the game with 17 points apiece. Hill tallied 15 of his 17 in the second half, while Isaacs scored all his points in the second period. Rashaun Agee added 11 rebounds, eight points and five assists.
Hill has been a spark on the offensive end for the Aggies as of late, averaging 16.7 points and 4.0 rebounds over the last three games, shooting 68.8-percent from the field in that span. Isaacs has continued to be reliable off the bench, scoring in double-figures in 10 of the last 12 games. He's averaging 12.2 points and 2.7 assists in league play.
Agee has remained dominant in league action, averaging 15.4 points and 9.6 rebounds. He had scored in double figures in 11 of the last 12 games and his 10 double-doubles this year rank second in the league, while his career tally of 30 is tied for eighth among active Division I players. On the year, Agee ranks second among league players averaging 8.8 rebounds and 6.2 defensive boards per game.
The Aggies rank seventh nationally, scoring 90.9 points per game and are knocking down 11.5 3-pointers per contest, good for sixth in the country. Texas A&M has seen at least 30 points come from non-starters in 14 games this season, including 32 at Alabama. The Aggies rank second nationally and lead the conference averaging 37.6 bench points per game.
Missouri sits at 16-7 on the year and 6-4 in league play. The Tigers had a strong start to SEC action, topping Florida and Kentucky in their first two games, but dropped three of their next four. They are coming off a pair of victories over Mississippi State, 84-79, and at South Carolina, 78-59. Texas A&M leads the all-time series with the Tigers, 27-20, as the Aggies aim to make it six straight against Missouri. The Maroon & White earned a 67-64 win in a top-15 showdown in Columbia last season and a 63-57 victory in 2024, the last time the two teams met at Reed Arena.
