GAME PREVIEW: NCAA Regional vs. Wake Forest

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The No. 1 Texas A&M Aggies continue play in their 32nd NCAA Division I Baseball Championship Saturday as they host the Wake Forest Demon Deacons at the College Station Regional.
Texas A&M is on a five-game win streak, including the four games they won to claim the SEC Tournament title last week in Hoover. Over the five-game win streak, AUSTIN HOMAN is hitting .556 (10-for-18) with four runs, two doubles and eight RBI. MICHAEL BARASH is batting .474 (9-for-19) with six runs, three doubles and six RBI and JONATHAN MORONEY is hitting .450 (9-for-20), eight runs, one home run, four RBI over the span.
BRIGHAM HILL gets the start for the Aggies on the mound. He owns an 8-1 record with a 1.88 ERA and 87 strikeouts in 86.1 innings. In his last three starts he has wins over three Top 10 squads, allowing two runs, one earned, on 14 hits and six walks while striking out 22 over 20.0 innings in two victories against South Carolina and one triumph over Ole Miss.
The Aggies have extended their school-record string of consecutive NCAA Championships to 10. It marks the 11th time the Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park complex will host an NCAA Regional.
