Aggies to Host Lamar in Midweek Action

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M baseball team returns home to Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park for a midweek matchup against Lamar Tuesday night at 6 p.m.
Tuesday's contest will be broadcast on SECN+ and can be heard locally on SportsRadio 1150 AM/93.7 The Zone. Fans can also follow along with the series through live stats or on X, @AggieBaseball.
Tuesday's midweek marks the 46th meeting all-time between the Aggies (24-19) and Cardinals (36-11). The Maroon & White have won nine of the last 10 meetings and leads the series 37-8.
Blake Binderup, Kaeden Kent, Jace LaViolette and Caden Sorrell have powered Texas A&M to wins in 10 of its last 14 contests. The quartet has combined for 13 doubles, 20 homers, 63 runs and 69 RBI during the stretch. As a team, the Aggies are averaging 9.5 runs per game over the last 14 contests.
On the mound, Texas A&M ranks second nationally in walks allowed per nine (2.82), fourth in strikeout-to-walk ratio (3.36), and 12th in WHIP (1.25).
