Texas A&M enters the weekend third in the SEC standings, having won five of six conference series this season. The Aggies secured a road series win in Baton Rouge for the first time in program history and swept Ole Miss on the road, while also taking home series against Kentucky, Georgia and Mississippi State. A&M carries a season-best six-game SEC winning streak into the weekend.
Against SEC opponents, the Aggies rank second in batting average (.326), on-base percentage (.429) and OPS (.954). In conference play, Mya Perez leads the league with 25 walks and a .623 on-base percentage, while Kennedy Powell ranks second with 26 hits and six doubles.

Since 2023, Texas A&M has been held without an extra-base hit just 19 times, a stretch that included a 68-game streak snapped earlier this season. The Aggies are 20-3 when scoring in the first inning and 31-1 when leading after four innings.
