No. 23 Baseball Returns Home for Midweek Matchup with Texas State

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – No. 23 Texas A&M baseball returns to Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park for a five-game homestand, beginning with Tuesday midweek action at 6 p.m. against Texas State.
Tuesday's matchup will be broadcast on SEC Network+ and may be heard locally on 1150 AM/93.7 FM The Zone. Fans may follow along through live stats or on X, @AggieBaseball.
The contest marks the 65th meeting all-time, and the first of a home-and-home midweek series between the clubs this season. The Aggies (16-3) lead the all-time series, 49-15, over the Bobcats (12-7) and have won eight of the last 10 matchups. In 44 meetings at Blue Bell Park, Texas A&M has triumphed over Texas State 33 times. The two squads met last year at Blue Bell Park, with the Bobcats prevailing by a 7-3 decision.
Caden Sorrell powers the Aggie offense, leading the team with an .824 slugging percentage, nine home runs and 33 RBI. The junior has recorded a team-best nine multi-RBI performances and blasted his 32nd career homer in the Maroon & White on Saturday, which ranks eighth in program history.
Over the weekend, Texas A&M gained a huge boost to its lineup, returning Chris Hacopian and Wesley Jordan from injury. The duo combined for six hits, two home runs, seven runs and eight RBI in the series against No. 9 Oklahoma.

- General parking is available on gameday for $5 - cash AND card payments accepted.
- Accessible parking is available in Lot 102 for $5 or free for Texas A&M permit holders.
- Shuttle Buses will be available to ADA guest starting 2 hours before first pitch and 1 hour postgame. Pick up will be on Olsen Blvd in front of Lot 102 to the Plaza of Blue Bell Park.
