
Partida, Wilson Named Freshman All-Americans by Perfect Game

COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M third baseman Nico Partida and outfielder Jorian Wilson earned Freshman All-America honors from Perfect Game, as announced by the organization Thursday.
Partida was selected to the first team, and Wilson garnered second team distinctions. The duo is the first pair of Aggies to be named Freshman All-Americans by Perfect Game since Gavin Grahovac and Caden Sorrell in 2024.
In 48 starts for the Maroon & White, Partida slashed .306/.408/.550 with 43 RBI and 45 runs scored. He totaled eight doubles and 12 home runs while also swiping four bases. As a rookie, Partida logged 17 multi-hit and 12 multi-RBI performances. The Manvel, Texas, native was tabbed to the All-SEC Freshman Team and earned Freshman All-America honors earlier this week from the NCBWA.
Wilson made 35 starts in 44 appearances during the 2026 campaign, producing a .283/.351/.616 slash line with six doubles, two triples and 12 home runs. The Hallettsville, Texas, product drove in 32 RBI, crossed home plate 35 times and stole six bases on the year. In conference play, Wilson owned a .333 batting average in 22 starts with four doubles, seven home runs and 20 RBI. Nine of his 11 multi-hit performances this season came in SEC play. The lefty slugger adds to his list of postseason accolades after being selected to the All-SEC Freshman Team.
Both Partida and Wilson earned invitations to the 2026 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team Training Camp and will compete for spots on the Team USA Collegiate National Team this summer.
