
No. 7 Baseball Begins Five Game Homestand with Tarleton State

COLLEGE STATION – No. 7 Texas A&M baseball returns to Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park to face Tarleton State for a midweek contest at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
The matchup will stream on SEC Network+ and may be heard locally on 1150 AM/93.7 FM The Zone. Fans may follow along through live stats or on X, @AggieBaseball.
Tuesday's contest marks the eighth matchup between the two programs. The Maroon & White (33-8) lead the all-time series, 7-0, over the Texans (28-15). The last meeting between the clubs came in 2025, where the Aggies topped the Texans, 11-3.
The Maroon & White is fresh off its fifth consecutive conference series win, claiming two games on the road against Florida. Offensively, the Aggies were led by Gavin Grahovac, who belted two home runs in the series off six hits, while driving in five runs. Jorian Wilson and Bear Harrison each drilled a pair of long balls in the series, combining for 10 hits and six RBI.
On the mound, Aiden Sims earned his fifth win in conference play, allowing four hits through 5.0 innings of two-run ball while striking out seven. Clayton Freshcorn recorded a save in both of Texas A&M's wins, working at least 2.0 innings in both appearances. The right-hander's nine saves lead the SEC and are tied for seventh-most nationally.
The Aggies rank inside the top ten national ranks in on-base percentage (.434), slugging percentage (.574) and home runs (87). On the mound, the Aggies rank third in walks allowed per nine innings (2.77) and rank seventh in strikeout to walk ratio (3.32).

- General parking is available on gameday for $5 - cash AND card payments accepted.
- Accessible parking is available in Lot 102 for $5 or free for Texas A&M permit holders.
- Shuttle Buses will be available to ADA guest starting 2 hours before first pitch and 1 hour postgame. Pick up will be on Olsen Blvd in front of Lot 102 to the Plaza of Blue Bell Park.
